Location

The location on the hill less than 10 minutes South of Jimbaran beach usually guarantees sunny days even when it's raining in the rest of Bali, and it offers easy access to all parts of the island. A drive of about 15 minutes takes you to the famous Uluwatu Temple, to Bali's most challenging surf breaks and to beautiful "secret" beaches.

Nusa Dua with most of Bali's international 5-star hotels, the "Galleria Shopping Center" and the "Bali Golf & Country Club" as well as the international airport can be also reached within 15 or 20 minutes. It's around 25 minutes to Kuta with its great variety of shops, restaurants and night life, and about 30 to 40 minutes to Sanur's hotels, restaurants and shops.

Setting

Although "Bali Impian Estate Villa" shares the "Balivillas.com" compound with other villas, it offers complete privacy with high growing bamboo and other tropical plants in the carefully landscaped garden with colorful hibiscus, frangipani trees and lotus ponds.

The Villa

Bali Impian Estate Villa is a two storey building in contemporary Balinese style. There is a spacious living/dining area with adjacent bar/kitchen area, 3 spacious bedrooms with terraces, as well as air-conditioned gym room with pool outside.

The upper level accommodates an open living/dining area which has comfortable sofas, a small table with 4 seats for breakfast or your working desk, a dining table for 8 by the pond and adjacent bar/kitchen area. The area is decorated with many traditional works of art including small statues and original paintings.

The adjacent bar/kitchen area contains a refrigerator for daily supplies and two wine chillers. You can also find a BOSE wave radio/CD player connected to the surround system as well as CD collections.

A stair case will bring you down to the lower level where you will be greeted with a tropical garden and large infinity swimming pool. A bedroom pavilion is on the left side and an air-conditioned gym with a billiard table is on the right side.

"Bali Impian Estate Villa" has been designed and is managed by Balivillas.com to meet the standards of Bali's most famous luxury resorts; However, it is offered at a fraction of those rates.

The Bedrooms

Two bedrooms are accommodated in the upper level. There is a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed and down feather duvets, comfortable sofas, a working desk with minibar, balcony and large ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and walk-in wardrobe. Master bedroom is equipped with a large LCD TV set connected with satellite system to receive International channels. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the garden/swimming pool as well as ocean and mountain in the distance.

The adjacent guest bedroom also features a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, and access to the master bathroom. There is a library rack and study area and it overlooks a small garden with a bale.

The third bedroom is a separate pavilion in the lower level facing the garden and swimming pool. It features four-poster king size bed with ensuite bathroom and Chinese style decorations. There is a large terrace with tables and day sofa.

Kitchen & Facilities

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, toaster oven, blender, refrigerator, wine chillers, glasses (for soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, etc.), crockery, cutlery, etc. There is a direct IDD telephone line with a phone in the living and bar area. A personal electronic safe is installed in the wardrobe in master bedroom.

The house staff includes a maid and house boy to clean the premises and handle your laundry and a well-trained cook to prepare delicious Indonesian and Western meals.

Your air-conditioned car with a reliable driver is included in the rate and at your service whenever needed.
