Location
Villa Umasari is set in a small side lane between Seminyak and Batubelig and surrounded by ricefields. It is only 5 minutes to the beach and a few minutes by car bring you to an increasing number of trendy restaurants such as Kafe Warisan, Ku de Ta, Hu'u, The Living Room, La Luciola, Trattoria, Mykonos, etc.
The international airport is about 25 minutes away, and its about the same distance to the popular "Bali Nirvana Golf Course" and the famous Tanah Lot temple.
The Villa
From the street entrance you walk through a small garden passing a fish pond to the traditional main door of the house. A corridor, decorated with a coin-statue of a Balinese dancer and some local terracotta handicrafts, leads to the left and the villa's two air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite private bathrooms.
The spacious dining and living area – on the right-hand side – are perfect for entertaining guests. Furnishings include a dining table for six guests and comfortable rattan sofas. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric appliances such as a large refrigerator, micro wave oven, toaster, etc.
Large glass doors and windows in the living/dining area open up to an orchid collection, the small garden and the swimming pool. Next to the pool is a Balinese Balé (gazebo) complete with large cushions overlooking the surrounding ricefields.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have king-size 4-poster beds. The master bedroom overlooks a small fish pond. Each bedroom has its private bathroom with vanity and shower.
Amenities
The 29 inch TV set in the living room is connected to a satellite antennae to receive many international news programs as well as sports and movie channels and is equipped with DVD player. There is stereo systems with tape deck and CD player in the living room, and a direct IDD telephone. An electronic safe is installed in the master bathroom.
Services
The house staff speaks good English and includes an experienced cook to prepare a range of delicious Indonesian and Western meals, a maid, and a gardener/night watchman.
Your air-conditioned car with driver is included in the rates and at your service whenever needed.
