Our uniformed Guest Service Agent will greet you as you step through the gate from your airplane. He/she will assist you to avoid the long queues at the "Visa on Arrival" and Immigration counters (NO-QUEUE GUARANTEE), arrange your luggage retrieval, help with your customs clearance and escort you to your waiting car.

The Price of US$20 per person includes:

• Gate-side Greeting by Guest Service Agent with Signboard & Flower Garland
• VIP "Visa on Arrival" Processing
• VIP Immigration Clearance
• Luggage Retrieval & Handling
• Porter Fees
• Customs Clearance Assistance
• Escort to Waiting Car
• Cold Towel & Welcome Drink

Please note that the "Visa on Arrival" Fee of US$10 per person (including babies) for stays of up to 10 days and US$25 per person for up to 30 days is NOT included in the above price and has to be handed over to the Guest Service Agent in cash after the greeting.
